SBU opens criminal proceedings over Zaluzhnyi's listening device

The SBU opened a criminal investigation after finding a non-functional listening device in a place allegedly used by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valeriy Zaluzhnyi. The device had no means of storing or transmitting information.
The Security Service of Ukraine opened a criminal proceeding on the fact of detecting a technical device in one of the potential locations of of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhnyi. This was reported by the the press service of the SBU, reports UNN.
Details
The proceedings were opened under Article 359, part 2 (illegal acquisition, sale or use of special technical means of obtaining information) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The SBU emphasized that the equipment was not found directly in Valeriy Zaluzhnyi's office, but in one of the premises that could be used by him in the future. could be used by him for work in the future.
According to preliminary data, the detected device was in a in a non-operational state. No means of data storage or means of for remote transmission of audio recordings were not found. The detected technical device will be will be sent for examination.
The SBU officers are taking all measures provided by law measures to investigate this offense
