According to the investigation, on April 3, at approximately 3:20 a.m., the Russian armed forces launched missile strikes on the village of Borova, Izium district. According to preliminary data, the enemy hit the settlement with two Grom E-1 missiles
It is noted that the attack damaged the school and school garages.
Under the procedural supervision of the Izium District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation was initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
