Five civilians were wounded in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson as a result of Russian shelling and drone attacks. Among the victims are men and women of all ages who sustained mine-blast and traumatic brain injuries.

In Kherson and the suburbs, five more wounded were reported as a result of enemy shelling and drone attacks, Roman Mrochko, head of the Kherson CMA, said on Telegram on Friday, UNN reports.

According to Mrochko, about an hour ago, Russian military dropped explosives from a drone in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson. A 50-year-old man was injured. He turned to doctors himself, who diagnosed the victim with a mine-blast injury and continue to examine him.

Also, according to him, a 47-year-old woman was hospitalized with explosive and closed head injuries, contusion. The victim was injured as a result of enemy shelling of Dniprovsky district around 16.00. At that moment she was on the street.

Earlier today, according to the head of the CMA, two women born in 1961 were hospitalized as a result of enemy shelling of the Dniprovsky district of Kherson. The victims suffered mine-blast and closed head injuries, as well as shrapnel wounds.

Before that, in Kindiytsia, a suburb of Kherson, a 51-year-old man sustained explosive and closed head injuries along with a shrapnel wound to his face, according to Mrochko. Medics provided him with the necessary assistance on the spot. The enemy attacked from a drone. The wounded man was in the yard at the time.
