On the southeastern outskirts of Kurakhove, the occupants are conducting active assault operations, trying to seize a road junction. The enemy is also using subversive reconnaissance groups disguised as civilians to seize administrative facilities.
The Kurakhove sector remains one of the hottest on the entire frontline of the Russian-Ukrainian war. Since the beginning of the day, there have been 10 combat engagements there. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, UNN reports.
In an effort to capture Kurakhove at any cost, the enemy is conducting active assault operations on the southeastern outskirts of the city. At the same time, it is trying to seize a road junction and an apartment block in its southern part,
To this end, as well as to capture important administrative and industrial facilities and structures located in the central part of the city, the enemy is trying to infiltrate sabotage and reconnaissance groups. Cases of using subversive reconnaissance groups under the guise of civilians have been recorded, the General Staff noted.
