According to the official, the occupiers struck a multi-story residential building. The impact destroyed the 7th through 10th floors. It is currently known that the two men killed were aged 50 and 66.
At least 21 people were injured, including a 5-year-old boy: 11 people suffered blast injuries, two were poisoned by carbon monoxide, and another eight, including a child, experienced an acute stress reaction. Four people were hospitalized and are being treated by our doctors. The remaining injured people received medical assistance at the scene
