Russian troops fired 13 missiles at Shostka in Sumy region, damaging 12 high-rise buildings and three boiler houses. The strikes left 45 buildings without heating and damaged two educational institutions.
Last night and in the morning, the occupants fired 13 rockets at Shostka in Sumy region. The strikes damaged 12 high-rise buildings and boiler houses, leaving 45 houses without heating. This was reported by the head of the Sumy regional military administration Volodymyr Artyukh during a telethon, UNN reports.

There were 10 settlements in Sumy region that suffered from artillery shelling. Shostka was the most heavily shelled with rocket launchers. 13 missiles were fired - 4 missiles were used at 3:00 a.m. and 9 more at 8:00 a.m., causing significant damage to the infrastructure, three boiler houses. Today 45 houses are without heating
He noted that over the year, the occupiers fired 84 times at the Shostka community using KABs and UAVs, and a total of 767 “shaheds” were shot down over Sumy region over the year.
He also emphasized that 12 high-rise buildings in Shostka were damaged.
“Mostly it is glass and doors, so now we are providing assistance to shelter these homes. The main task now is to restore heat supply,” added Artyukh.
