On Friday, August 2, Russian troops dropped several bombs on Myrnohrad, injuring two women and two children. This was stated by the Donetsk regional prosecutor's office, UNN reports.

It is noted that on August 2, 2024, the occupation forces of the Russian Federation attacked the city of Myrnohrad, allegedly using two FAB-250 air bombs from the UMPK.
A 49-year-old woman sustained injuries during the enemy's attack on a residential area - she was diagnosed with a mine-blast trauma and a cut wound to her abdomen. Also, a 7-year-old girl and her brother of 9 years old, who were in a private household, sustained injuries and contusions
The injured were hospitalized and are currently receiving qualified medical care.
The agency added that the attack also damaged residential buildings, outbuildings, and a car.
Under the procedural supervision of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in the criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)
