The head of the Brovary District State Administration, Volodymyr Maibozhenko, was taken into custody for 2 months for causing a car accident with four victims while intoxicated.

The Shevchenkivskyi District Court  of Kyiv has remanded in custody without the possibility of bail the head of the Brovary District State Administration, Volodymyr Maibozhenko, who is suspected of committing a car accident with four victims while intoxicated. UNN reports this with reference to the Prosecutor General's Office.

At the request of prosecutors, the head of one of the Kyiv regional state administrations, who had committed an accident with four victims the day before, was imposed a non-alternative measure of restraint - detention for a period of 2 months

The prosecutor's office requested Maibozhenko's arrest without bail.

Thus, Maibozhenka was informed about the suspicion of committing an accident with four victims while intoxicated.

The head of Kyiv OVA Ruslan Kravchenko reported that Maibozhenka will be released.
