In the temporarily occupied village of Balky in Zaporizhzhia region, residents have been without electricity and water for two months. In response to their complaints, security forces began visiting them. The Center for Countering Disinformation reported this, UNN writes.

Another incident occurred in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region, demonstrating the gap between the occupation administration’s claims of so-called "stability" and the actual living conditions of the local population

- the statement said.

Residents of the temporarily occupied village of Balky reported that they have been without electricity and water for two months. To draw the occupation authorities’ attention to the critical situation, they recorded a video appeal in which they stressed that many elderly people and people with disabilities live in the village and, without access to electricity and water, have been brought to the brink of survival.

Instead of solving the problem, local police representatives began visiting the participants in the video and drawing up administrative reports against them, classifying the appeal as a so-called "unauthorized rally."

Such cases are not isolated and indicate the systemic nature of the problems in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Local residents regularly face disruptions in the provision of basic necessities, inadequate infrastructure, and a repressive response to any attempts to publicly report existing problems
