A 54-year-old resident of the Kherson region voluntarily took the position of the so-called "starosta" in the illegally created "Burgun village council", contributing to the establishment of the occupation authorities and fulfilling their criminal orders.
A 54-year-old resident of Kherson region, who voluntarily took the position of the so-called "starosta" in the illegally created "Burgun village council", was served with a notice of suspicion of collaboration.
This was reported by UNN, with reference to the press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.
Details
The investigation found that the suspect contributed to the establishment of the occupation authorities by implementing their criminal orders:
- In April 2022, the 54-year-old suspect voluntarily took up the position of the so-called "starosta" in the illegally created "Burgun village council".
- She performed organizational and administrative functions.
Under the procedural supervision of the Beryslav District Prosecutor's Office, the resident of the region was served a notice of suspicion of collaboration in absentia (Part 5 Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
