Russia is "not against" Ukraine's European association, but is against the transformation of the EU into a "military block." Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said this at a meeting with the heads of major international news agencies during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), UNN reports, citing Russian media.
"We are not against any economic integrations, please, we are against the European Union turning into a military block. This is what causes our concern," Putin noted.
