According to the Center, more than 10,000 subscribers in the occupied territories of Donetsk region will be without electricity for weeks. The situation is most difficult in Horlivka and some parts of Donetsk due to the lack of power supply.
"The occupation administration is incapable of restoring the region, as they are purely proxies serving the Kremlin's military campaign. Moscow is also in no hurry to provide assistance, as Ukrainian lives are worthless to terrorists," the statement reads.
The Center noted that ensuring life support on the occupied lands is a direct obligation of the occupiers, according to international law, which Russia is once again neglecting. A return to normal life is possible only after de-occupation.
