On the border with Poland, another automobile checkpoint, Nyzhankovychi - Malkhovychi, will start operating on December 20. The checkpoint will be open for passenger and freight transport. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal after a government meeting, UNN reports.
On December 20, 2024, the automobile checkpoint on the Ukrainian-Polish border between Nyzhankovychi and Malhowice will be opened. It will be open for passenger and freight transport. Pedestrian traffic will start after the construction of the relevant infrastructure. Today, the governments of Ukraine and Poland approved the following agreement
According to the Prime Minister, the opening of a new checkpoint will reduce the burden on the existing ones. It will also expand the opportunities for Ukrainian exports.
