The women's triple jump competition has started at the 2024 Olympics. Bekh-Romanchuk finished the qualification with a result of 14.30 m and made it to the top 12.

At the 2024 Olympic Games, the women's triple jump competition began with the qualifying round. Two Ukrainians started in the discipline: Maryna Bekh-Romanchuk and Olga Korsun, reports UNN with reference to Suspilne.

Bekh-Romanchuk finished the qualification with a result of 14.30 meters and made it to the top 12. Another Ukrainian, Olga Korsun, did not qualify.

In the jumping sector, 31 athletes qualified for the qualifiers. The athletes were divided into two groups: Group A included 15 athletes, with Maryna Bekh-Romanchuk competing in this group, and Group B included 16 athletes, with Olha Korsun starting the qualifiers. The 2024 Olympic Games were missed by the 2023 world champion and world record holder Yulimar Rojas, who was supposed to be the main competitor for the leader of the Ukrainian national team, Maryna Bekh-Romanchuk.

According to the competition regulations, all jumpers who met the standard of 14.35 m, or at least 12 top athletes in the qualifiers, qualified for the finals.
