Today, July 30, Acting Head of the National Police of Ukraine Maksym Tsutskiridze introduced the head of the Patrol Police Department, Police Colonel Oleksii Biloshytskyi, to the staff. Prior to his appointment, he held the position of First Deputy Head of the Patrol Police Department.
Oleksii Biloshytskyi is one of those who stood at the origins of the creation of the patrol police and worked for many years on its development. He was directly involved in the implementation of modern approaches to work, the creation of new units, the formation of the legislative framework of the modern police, the development of the system of automatic recording of traffic violations, as well as the improvement of legislation in the field of road safety and public order
In the conditions of a full-scale war, Oleksii Biloshytskyi joined the creation of the "Khizhak" brigade under the Patrol Police Department and carried out combat missions as part of it. Subsequently, under his leadership, the brigade expanded its capabilities, forming units of attack unmanned aerial vehicles and aerial reconnaissance.
