The Russian occupiers plan to forcibly involve the staff of penitentiary institutions in the occupied Luhansk region in combat by signing contracts for work in "special conditions" and raising the age limit for service in the occupation forces.

At the same time, they plan to conclude contracts for work in "special conditions" and raise the age limit for service in the occupation forces. Prison staff in the occupied Luhansk region will be forcibly involved in combat operations by Russians. The relevant draft law is already under consideration. According to the Luhansk RMA, Russian occupants are announcing the construction of six landfills in the so-called "luhansk People's Republic". These are the temporarily occupied Ukrainian cities: Luhansk, Sievierodonetsk, Anthracite, Bilokurakino, Sorokino and Pervomaisk. The plan is to bring garbage there not only from the occupied territories, but also from neighboring regions of Russia.
