"This morning, Russia launched a ballistic missile attack on Kyiv. Taking into account the consequences of the missile attack, ru-propaganda, in its usual manner, began to justify its next crime, calling the consequences of its own attacks "the result of the work of Ukrainian air defense." This is a classic example of manipulation aimed at shifting the responsibility for the shelling of Kyiv's civilian infrastructure onto Ukraine. It is Russia that is the criminal who launches missiles and other weapons at the territory of Ukraine - killing civilians and destroying civilian infrastructure," the NSDC's CCD said in a Telegram post.
