President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has carried out personnel rotations within the command of the National Guard of Ukraine. This was reported by UNN with reference to the relevant decrees published on the website of the head of state.

By Decree No. 469, Zelenskyy dismissed Oleksiy Osypenko from the post of Deputy Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine. At the same time, by Decree No. 470, the President appointed Oleh Myronenko as Deputy Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine.

According to open sources, Oleksiy Osypenko has been a participant in the Russian-Ukrainian war since 2014.

During the full-scale Russian invasion, he liberated the Kharkiv region at the head of a special-purpose group (instructors) of a separate special-purpose unit of the Eastern Territorial Administration of the NGU. He holds high state awards—the title of Hero of Ukraine and the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, 3rd class.

Oleh Myronenko is the commander of the 14th Operational Assignment Brigade "Chervona Kalyna" of the National Guard of Ukraine. He has also been a participant in the Russian-Ukrainian war since 2014: he liberated the Kharkiv Regional State Administration building from pro-Russian forces and fought in Donbas.

After the full-scale Russian invasion, he defended the Kyiv region and participated in counteroffensives in the Luhansk, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions.

He is a full cavalier of the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky and has been awarded the Orders "For Courage," 2nd and 3rd class. He also holds the title of Hero of Ukraine.
