Due to severe weather, Kharkiv and the region have been left without power. The city's metro and electric transport have stopped running, and the Izium hromada is completely de-energized.
Kharkiv and part of the region have been left without electricity due to severe weather. This was reported by UNN with reference to posts by city residents on social networks and Telegram channels.

According to available information, power outages are being recorded across almost the entire city.
People are standing in the dark in the middle of the city's shopping centers.
The metro is not operating: it is also in darkness, trains have stopped, and escalators have frozen. Electric transport on the streets of Kharkiv has also come to a halt wherever the emergency power outages caught it.
In turn, the Izium City Military Administration reported a complete blackout of the community, which occurred as a result of a high-voltage power line disconnection.

On Sunday, April 26, severe weather is raging across the entire territory of Ukraine. In the Lviv region, an orange level of danger remains in effect due to difficult weather conditions and strong wind gusts. The storm has already led to power supply disruptions and damage in several districts of the region, including the Drohobych area.
