This morning in Kyiv, it was reported that a medical evacuation vehicle awaiting repair was found burnt to death. CCTV footage shows three people pouring liquid on the vehicle and setting it on fire.

The head of the medical service, Victoria Kovacs, commented on the incident, noting that this act of vandalism not only undermines the ability of the medical service to evacuate the wounded, but also disrespects the volunteers who funded the purchase of the vehicle. She emphasized that such actions harm not only the military, but also civilians who will be affected by the reduced medical care.

Kovacs believes that the criminals deserve to be punished, but they should not be recruited into the army, as their behavior already shows their unreliability. She called for finding effective measures to prevent such cases so as not to waste resources on fighting internal enemies, distracting them from fighting external threats.
