Details
Asked whether Washington would be opposed to other countries deploying their troops in Ukraine, Kirby said it was the sovereign right of each country.
This is a sovereign decision that every nation evaluates and makes. I can only speak on behalf of this sovereign nation (the United States - ed.) and this commander-in-chief. He has made it clear that we will not deploy our troops
At the same time, Kirby reiterated that the United States has no plans to deploy its troops in Ukraine.
