Kherson region tightens rules of entry to the region for foreigners and international organizations - RMA

Entry to the Kherson region is restricted for foreign citizens and international organizations due to active russian shelling, requiring 72 hours' advance notice and strict adherence to designated routes.

Amid active shelling by russian troops in the Kherson region, the procedure for foreign citizens and international organizations to visit the region has been changed . This was reported by UNN with reference to a statement by the Kherson RMA.

Details

From now on, it is necessary to inform about clear plans to visit the settlements of the region 72 hours before the visit.

This applies to representatives of foreign, consular, international organizations, volunteers, etc

The completed documents should be sent to the Kherson Regional Commandant's e-mail address: [email protected].

The agency explains that letter is to be filled out in the prescribed form and the subject line should read "Notice of movement". 

Please note that each representative of the delegation must sign the established form and strictly follow the specified route map

- Kherson Regional Military Administration emphasized.

It is noted that in case of violation of the route or time limits specified in the notification of movement, entry into the territory of the region is banned by the decision of the commandant of the Kherson region.
