Kharkiv is considering the introduction of a differentiated airborne alarm system: what is known
Kyiv • UNN
The head of Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Syniehubov, announced plans to introduce a differentiated air raid alarm system in Kharkiv. This will help to normalize the lives of citizens, but security remains a priority due to the real danger of attacks.
Kharkiv wants to introduce a differentiated air raid alarm system. There are technical possibilities to do this. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Syniehubov, and added that he had already had a conversation with Chief Commander Oleksandr Syrsky, UNN reports.
"Every resident of Kharkiv and the region wants to live without constant long-lasting air raids, which can reach more than 20 hours a day. Or at least reduce their duration. But people's safety is a priority.
I had a conversation with Chief Commander Oleksandr Syrsky about the introduction of a differentiated air raid system," said Syniehubov.
According to the head of the RMA, the military command has already received proposals for implementing this system in Kharkiv.
"We have the technical capabilities to do this. This would provide more opportunities for business and generally normalize the lives of citizens," added Syniehubov.
At the same time, the head of the RMA emphasized that all air raids in Kharkiv region pose a real danger to people.
"A guided ballistic missile or a "Dagger" from an enemy aircraft can reach its target both in Liptsi and Kharkiv - there is no way to determine the exact location of the planned "arrival" in advance. That is why President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, during his recent visit to Kharkiv region, gave a task to strengthen the protection of the sky and to attract capabilities that will help destroy the sources of the KABs' exits," Syniehubov summarized.
