The Verkhovna Rada has adopted a law on the qualification exam for judges through anonymous testing. Candidates must get a minimum of 75% correct answers and pass a cognitive aptitude test.

The Verkhovna Rada adopted in the second reading a draft law on the qualification exam for judges through anonymous testing and tasks. Applicants must score at least 75% of the correct answers and pass a cognitive aptitude test. About it UNN reports with reference to people's deputy Alexey Goncharenko. 

Judges will pass the qualification exam through anonymous tests and practical tasks. The parliament adopted the relevant law (No. 11425-d)

Anonymous testing will test cognitive abilities, as well as knowledge of the history of Ukrainian statehood, knowledge in the field of law and one or more specializations of the court to choose from.

If a candidate scores at least 75% of the correct answers for each part of the test, they will be considered to have passed the test successfully. And the passing score of the cognitive abilities test should be determined by the HCC.
