It is noted that the terrorist was eliminated by an air strike on the Sidon area in Lebanon, which is located 60 kilometers from the border between the states.
The Hamas commander was responsible for preparing terrorist attacks and launching rockets from Lebanon toward Israeli territory. In addition, Samer was the commander of the military forces in the Ain al-Hilweh camp near Sidon and was responsible for recruiting and training terrorists to attack Israel.
