According to the 11-year-old boy, three days ago he found an object resembling a pistol, took it home, and hid it. Today, a 12-year-old friend came to visit him, and he decided to show him the find. While the children were examining the pistol, a shot was fired – the 12-year-old boy sustained a leg injury.
The injured boy was taken to the hospital, where he received medical assistance. The boy's life is not in danger.
Currently, police are establishing all the circumstances of the incident. The pistol has been seized and sent for examination.
The legal qualification of the event is being decided.
