In Mykolaiv, a young man jumped from the destroyed building of the regional council; police are establishing the identity of the deceased. This was reported by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitaliy Kim, according to UNN.

A tragedy occurred today – a young man jumped from the destroyed building of the regional council (RMA). Police are currently establishing all the circumstances of the tragic event and the identity of the deceased 

What do the police say?

Law enforcement officers confirmed the death of a young man in downtown Mykolaiv.

Today, April 27, at approximately 12:50, a report was received that a person jumped from the roof of an administrative building on Admiralska Street in Mykolaiv 

At the scene, police officers, forensic experts, and a medical examiner established that the young man had died.

Law enforcement officers have preliminarily qualified the event under Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Intentional Homicide," with the note "suicide," as required by procedure in such cases.

Police are currently establishing all the circumstances of the tragic event and the identity of the deceased.
