In May, 211 kilometers of roads were equipped with anti-drone protection

During May, the State Special Transport Service equipped 211 km with anti-drone protection and restored 115 km of roads. Since the beginning of 2024, 822 km of routes have already been protected.
Throughout May, units of the State Special Transport Service continued work on protecting logistics routes and restoring road infrastructure. Over the month, more than 211 kilometers of anti-drone protection roads were equipped. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, according to UNN.
Details
Over the past month, units of the State Special Transport Service installed 211.52 km of anti-drone protection structures along logistics routes. In addition, the military restored 38 km of damaged structures and 115.5 km of roads in frontline regions.
In total, since the beginning of 2024, the State Special Transport Service has installed 822 km of anti-drone protection and restored over 170 km of damaged roads. The Ministry emphasized that every protected kilometer means safe logistics and lives saved.
Reminder
A record 14 million m² of pavement has been repaired on Ukraine's main highways. Moving forward, road workers will focus on logistics routes in frontline zones.
