The Telegraph reports this, citing former project director Simon Ludlam, according to UNN.

It is noted that the energy project cost approximately £430 million. The project involves the Greenlink subsea cable, which is intended to transmit electricity between the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The uproar over the elf's fictional grave is just one example of the difficulties facing a major British infrastructure project.
