The IAEA Board of Governors has adopted a resolution on the security of energy infrastructure proposed by Ukraine. Russia and China voted against it, 22 countries supported the document, 10 abstained.

“The IAEA Board of Governors has just adopted (22 in favor, 2 against, 10 abstentions) a resolution submitted by Ukraine on the security of energy infrastructure,” Jozwiak wrote.
He said the text was drafted to avoid direct mention of rf in order to gain broad support, including from China.
“Nevertheless, both rf and China voted against it, showing a close connection,” he reported.

Also, Ukrainian Energy Minister German Galushchenko initiated an emergency meeting of the International Atomic Energy Agency's Board of Governors over a Russian drone attack on an IAEA mission vehicle.
