The Government of Ukraine has adopted changes that will allow relocated state bodies to continue providing public services. Now, relocated bodies will be able to work with key state registries.

The Cabinet approved changes that will allow displaced state bodies to continue providing public services. This is reported by UNN with reference to the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

The Cabinet of Ministers approved amendments to the resolution of March 6, 2022 №209
These changes will ensure the possibility of providing public services by authorities that have been relocated from occupied territories or combat zones
Now, relocated bodies will be able to work with key state registers, including the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, the State Register of Real Property Rights, and the Register of Civil Status Acts.
The mechanism for granting access to registers to users who have the right to receive information in automated mode has also been improved
