General Staff confirmed the strike on a "Grachonok" boat in Dagestan and the destruction of aviation in Yeysk. A communication hub, a "Tor-M2" air defense system, and a fuel train were also hit.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the strike on a Project "Grachonok" anti-sabotage boat in the area of Kaspiysk in Dagestan, Russia, as well as UAV control points and other enemy targets, UNN reports.

"On May 17 and on the night of May 18, 2026, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of important targets of the Russian occupiers," the General Staff statement reads.

In particular, a Project "Grachonok" anti-sabotage boat was hit in the area of Kaspiysk (Republic of Dagestan, RF). Boats of this type are used to protect naval bases and combat sabotage forces,

Also, according to the General Staff, "enemy UAV control points were hit in the areas of Rozdolne and Shevchenko in the Donetsk region, Dvorichne in the Kharkiv region, Kamyanske in the Zaporizhzhia region, as well as Karnatne in the Bryansk region of the RF."

"In addition, Ukrainian warriors struck concentrations of enemy manpower in Piddubne, Donetsk region, as well as in Olhyne, Kherson region," the General Staff noted.

Based on the clarification of the results of previous operations, as indicated by the General Staff, "it has been confirmed that on May 17, 2026, a communication hub in Myrne in the temporarily occupied territory (TOT) of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, a 'Tor-M2' anti-aircraft missile system in Zakhidne in the TOT of the Luhansk region, and a train echelon with fuel and lubricants in Fedorivka in the TOT of the Donetsk region were hit."

"It is also confirmed that on May 16, 2026, as a result of a strike on the 'Yeysk' airfield in the Krasnodar Krai of the RF, a Ka-27 helicopter and a Be-200 naval aviation patrol aircraft were destroyed," the General Staff reported.

Furthermore, as indicated by the General Staff, "it has been confirmed that on May 16, 2026, an airspace control station in Lesnoye (Bryansk region, RF) was hit."
