Danish footballer Christian Eriksen, who lost consciousness on June 7 during a match between the national teams of Denmark and Ukraine, reported that he feels well and has already begun his recovery. He published a corresponding statement on Instagram, **UNN** reports.

According to the player, after his implanted cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) was triggered, he is at home with his family. Eriksen emphasized that this case differed from the 2021 incident, when he suffered a cardiac arrest during a European Championship match.
"I feel well, and my recovery has already begun,"
Eriksen also thanked the players, the stadium medics, and the doctors who have cared for him over the past years. He stated that he will now focus on recovery, resting with his family, and spending time with his children.
