According to the investigation, in Sumy region, the suspect promised a woman who failed to pass the driving test the first time that she needed to give a bribe to an examiner at the territorial service center No. 5943 of the RSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to get a positive result. The cost of the service was 5 thousand hryvnias.
However, after the woman handed over the money to the instructor, he was detained.
An investigation is currently underway to verify the involvement of other persons.
