On November 21-23 in most regions of Ukraine, on November 24 in the eastern regions significant rain and snow are expected, wind gusts of 15-20 m/s.

Heavy snowfall, wind gusts of 25-30 m/s, blizzards in the Carpathians.

In Ukraine, except for the southern part, snow cover will form with a height of 3-15 cm (20-50 cm in the Carpathians), ice cover on the roads; in some places there will be ice and sleet.

The State Emergency Service urged pedestrians and drivers to be careful and, if possible, not to plan long-distance trips these days.
