NABU has exposed SBU officials who, through a lawyer, demanded $110,000 from a businessman. They were detained while receiving the second tranche of $55,000.
NABU and SAPO have exposed the head of the investigative department of the SBU Office in the Poltava region and his subordinate for receiving an improper benefit, UNN reports with reference to NABU.

According to the investigation, the officials, through an intermediary lawyer, demanded $110,000 from an entrepreneur in exchange for a plea agreement and the termination of criminal prosecution against his company.
The individuals were detained red-handed while receiving the second tranche in the amount of $55,000.
Initial investigative actions are ongoing.
