The Czech Interior Minister reported a decrease in the number of applications for temporary protection from Ukrainians from 2000 to 1700 per week. The country supports internal migration in Ukraine from the eastern regions to the western ones.
The Czech Republic has not yet registered a higher number of refugees from Ukraine during the winter season than expected. This was stated by the head of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, Vit Rakusan, on Czech television. This was reported by ct24, according to UNN.

According to him, the Czech Republic expected an increase in the number of applications for temporary protection from Ukrainians in December and the second half of November, given the intensification of attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
