With the start of the academic year, universities in the so-called "lPR" will start enrolling students to be sent to Lysychansk and Rubizhne for reconstruction work. A new curator from Tatarstan decided to use local youth as labor. It's cheaper than paying touring musicians from Russia or local mercenaries.

- The Luhansk Regional State Administration reported on the situation in the TOT.

According to the ministry, students are offered to work on construction sites in cities half-destroyed by Russians in 2025 and 2026.

"This is not what they dreamed of, and neither did their parents," the department notes, pointing out that students will interrupt their specialized studies and take up working specialties

The Luhansk RMA also informs that the Houses of Culture on Wheels will now entertain people in Novopskov, Sievierodonetsk and Khrustalne (or Krasnyi Luch, as the invaders call it).

Soon, the tent with local cultural figures will go on tour to the surrounding villages in modern Russian vans. - The post on the FB page of the Luhansk RMA reads.
