Law enforcement officers served a prosecutor of the Prosecutor General's Office with a notice of suspicion of incitement to take a bribe of USD 170 thousand. The prosecutor is suspected of bribery in the amount of USD 170 thousand for closing the criminal proceedings. This was reported by UNN with reference to the SAPO.

Details

According to the investigation, the suspect persuaded the entrepreneur to bribe the prosecutor in a case of illegal alienation of property by officials in favor of a private company.

According to the developed algorithm, the prosecutor in the proceedings had to ensure that a forensic expert opinion was provided on the absence of material damage, after which the criminal proceedings were to be closed and, as a result, the seizure of property and the ban on construction were to be canceled.
