Details
Demchenko commented on the information that blockades at some checkpoints on the Polish-Ukrainian border may begin again on November 15.
At the moment, we do not see this (blocking - ed.) directly at the border, and we have not received any additional information from our Polish colleagues at the moment
He noted that earlier there had been reports, including from the State Customs Service, that blockades could begin.
"But we remember that these actions of Polish farmers have not started yet. We hope that even if the application is submitted, if there is one for November 15, Polish farmers will refrain from such actions and will not block traffic for trucks," Demchenko said.
Addendum
Earlier, Polish farmers announced a possible blockade near the Medyka-Shehyni checkpoint on the Polish-Ukrainian border from October 8 to the end of 2024. It did not take place then.
