The Ministry of Infrastructure is working with a German agency to prepare for the heating season. Large cities, where the majority of the population and IDPs live, need the most help with energy equipment.
Preparing for the heating season is a priority: The Infrastructure Ministry will cooperate with the German Federal Agency for Technical Assistance. They promise stable operation of heat and water supply companies and uninterrupted provision of utilities, but note that assistance with energy equipment is important.

It was reminded that water and heat supply companies need generators, transformers, modular boilers and cogeneration units.
Sabine Lackner, President of the Federal Agency for Technical Assistance, noted that the Agency greatly appreciates Ukraine's efforts to make plans for the future.

The agency's president added that Ukraine and Germany can also cooperate in an area that does not require large financial investments - the development of a culture of volunteerism in the field of civil protection, as Ukrainians have a lot of experience in this area.
