Russian military training grounds have begun to be inspected by special commissions assessing their readiness to accommodate a large number of people, which may indicate that Russia is preparing for a new wave of mobilization. This was reported by the partisan movement "ATESH," UNN writes.

According to the movement's agents among the Russian military and representatives of regional authorities, such inspections have been recorded, in particular, at the Kadamovsky training ground in the Rostov region and Alabino in the Moscow region.
The commissions are to assess the current condition of the facilities and the possibility of simultaneously accommodating a significant number of people there. At the same time, the Russian authorities publicly state that no new mobilization measures are planned.

"ATESH" claims that the preparations may be linked to a large-scale mobilization allegedly planned to begin after the elections in September.
Meanwhile, the State Duma of the Russian Federation registered draft law No. 1322096-8, which provides for fines of up to 1 million rubles or the suspension of enterprises' operations for up to 90 days for failing to comply with decisions of operational headquarters.
According to "ATESH," under the pretext of the army's needs, these mechanisms could be used to forcibly enlist enterprise resources, seize equipment, and involve employees in carrying out tasks related to the war.
