As a result of an airstrike by Russian troops on Zaporizhzhia on July 16, three people were killed. Among the two wounded is a child, residential buildings were damaged.

In the afternoon of July 16, Russian troops carried out airstrikes on the regional center.
Preliminarily, three people were killed, and two others, including one child, were injured. They are receiving all necessary assistance. The number of victims is being clarified.
Psychologists from the State Emergency Service provided assistance to 16 citizens, including 4 children.
As a result of the strikes at one location, a two-story private residential building was damaged, followed by a fire. The blast wave damaged neighboring buildings. At other locations, fires occurred in open areas.
All emergency services of the city are working at the scene.
