Ukrainian singer ANNA MANU presented the affirmation song "The Best Day" - a track that combines music and psychology, turning into a real affirmation for daily life. This was reported by UNN with reference to the artist's press service.
Details
The song was born as part of the artist's author's course, but later gained a separate life after a powerful response from listeners. Along with the release, the singer also presents a music video, directed by Vlad Razikhovsky - the author of all recent video works by ANNA MANU and music videos by the band "Bez Obmezhen".
When we wake up every day, it is very important to set ourselves up correctly. To realize that today is a new day that has never been before. Wonderful surprises and magical adventures may lie ahead. And most importantly, we ourselves create this day with our thoughts and words, as the best day of our lives. That's how it is
The artist says that the song appeared unexpectedly even for herself. Initially, it was part of a larger psychological project, but the public's reaction changed its fate. After performing at a concert and publishing an excerpt on social networks, the team received dozens of requests for the full version of the track.
I created this song as an affirmation in the summer of 2025 - it was the title of my psychological course. But when I sang it at a concert and posted a snippet on social networks, I received an unexpected response. People started writing and asking where they could listen to it. And then my team and I realized: it needs to be released
The video for the track reinforces the main message - simplicity, sincerity and the inner choice of happiness. The plot centers on an ordinary day of a woman who creates her life, her future and surrounds herself with the right people.
I wanted to show a simple, ordinary day of a woman who builds her path. She is surrounded by sincere, professional, supportive people. And the main idea is that everything is in our hands, or rather in our thoughts and words about ourselves. They are what form our reality
According to the artist, the war also affected her inner state and creativity. She became more determined and honest with herself, stopped postponing important things "for later" and allowed herself to fully realize her potential.
"I became more confident. We all went through a re-evaluation of values and realized that time is running out. If not now, then when to live and realize ourselves? I don't like the word "mission" - it sounds like an obligation. I'm just a woman, a mother, a person who does what she's good at. And for me, the greatest happiness is when people leave my performances inspired, in a good mood. I like to entertain and support, because there is so much pain in the world anyway," the singer concludes.
Recall
Ukrainian singer Ihor Tselyp frankly shared approximate living expenses and admitted that he never keeps an exact budget. According to the artist, the amounts can vary from month to month, as much depends on work, concerts and creative processes.
