I am grateful to the EU member states for agreeing to the proposal of the Head of European Diplomacy Josep Borrell to increase the European Peace Fund by 5 billion euros for additional military support to Ukraine. He added that Ukraine expects a final decision to be made at the next meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council.
