The car crashed into a vehicle that the Secret Service
was using to block an intersection near the Biden campaign office in
Wilmington. After the collision, the car tried to continue to the closed intersection,
but the Secret Service surrounded the car and targeted the driver, who was ordered
to get out with his hands up.
