A 19-year-old civilian was injured in a Russian missile attack on Kharkiv the night before, and about 15 settlements in the region were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar shelling over the past day, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, said on Monday, UNN reports.

"21:00, Kharkiv city. A 19-year-old civilian was injured in a rocket attack on the city," Sinegubov wrote on Telegram.
According to him, about 15 settlements of Kharkiv region were subjected to artillery and mortar attacks: Veterinary, Hatyshche, Pletenivka and others. Kharkiv also came under aerial bombardment.
In particular, on April 21, at 15:31, a house in Vovchansk was damaged as a result of hostile shelling from an MLRS.
"The enemy did not conduct any offensive actions in the Kupyansk sector over the last day," said Colonel Syniehubov.
