The source noted that this information is not officially announced, but a significant part of the future aid package has already been placed in warehouses in Germany and Poland, which will obviously reduce the time required to deliver it to Ukraine.

The publication adds that immediately after crossing the border, Ukrainian officials will try to deliver the materials to where they are needed as quickly as possible - but this will still pose a significant logistical challenge given the huge amount of weapons involved.
