In Sweden, two individuals were detained on suspicion of facilitating the supply of advanced engineering equipment to Russia, which could have been used in the war against Ukraine, the Swedish Security Service reported on Monday. This was reported by Reuters, according to UNN.

According to the Swedish Security Service (SAPO), intelligence services suspect that high-tech equipment was shipped to Russia in violation of EU sanctions. Kristoffer Wedelin, SAPO's deputy head of operations, told Reuters this.
"The Russian military industry depends on technology, including from Sweden, to continue its war of aggression against Ukraine,"
SAPO conducted searches at several locations in Stockholm, as well as in southern and western Sweden.
According to court documents, the suspects are Swedish and Turkish citizens, both men.
One of them was officially arrested in a Stockholm court on Friday, while the other is due to appear in court for a preventive measure hearing later on Monday.
