He also urged Kherson residents that, once electricity is restored, it is very important not to overload the grid.
Do not switch on energy-intensive appliances immediately. First and foremost, refrain from using air conditioners, boilers, electric stoves, washing machines and other powerful equipment. I ask you to follow these recommendations until the emergency restoration work is fully completed. Overloading the grid may lead to new outages and significantly delay the restoration of electricity supply
The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration reminded residents that if they need to charge their phones, contact relatives or receive other necessary assistance, they can go to Points of Invincibility. Prokudin also urged Kherson residents to consider evacuating to safer communities in the Kherson region or to other regions of Ukraine.
